MOST OF THE TIME THERE IS NO NEED FOR A WAITING
LIST, BUT IT IS
ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA TO CALL AHEAD AND CHECK LANE AVAILABILITY. NOTE:
THERE IS NO WAITING LIST DURING THE MAX
Foxfire Lanes
WAITING LIST
POLICY
Names may only be placed on
our waiting list IN PERSON, ON THE
DAY OF BOWLING. No names will be taken over the phone. Lanes will be given in the
order in which they are placed on the list. If a
name is called, and no response is received, we will go to the next name. If the absent party returns,
and notifies the counter personnel, they will be
called according to their original position on the list. If a group has more people
than will fit on their assigned lane, or lanes
they will be called for available lanes until enough lanes are obtained. Up to 10 people can be accommodated on one lane, but 6 is recommended. It is also recommended that groups of over 10 accept two separate lanes. If a lane becomes available beside either of your two lanes, you may ask for a transfer to reunite your group. If you choose not to split up, you may wait for lanes to be turned in together (the longest wait), or take one lane and add the adjoining lane "if" it comes available. Notes:
We would like to be able to
tell you how long before you to get a lane, but
we do not know. Unlike in a restaurant where people generally stay until they eat their fill, people can bowl until they drop. If we give you an estimate, understand it is based on averages, but times can fluctuate dramatically. You should also understand
that any posted closing time is the earliest
we
close. We will stay open as long as we have enough business to permit. EVERYONE WILL GET TO BOWL. On Friday & Saturday nights it is common for the center to stay open well past the scheduled closing time. If you are someone that just
doesn't like to wait, keep in mind that weekend evenings are
our busiest times. You may avoid crowds and wait times by coming on other days, or earlier in the day. If you want a guaranteed lane, league bowling gives you just that, and the Saturday MAX bowling allows prepaid reservations. We have leagues for all ages, and skill levels. (details at desk). |
